About Us

At The Leadership Consultancy, we are committed to revitalizing and energizing organizations by helping them adopt and foster leadership-based cultures.  Committing to the dynamics of empowered leadership means fundamental changes to “business as usual” mindsets that hamper real success. 

 

Our process begins with a candid and confidential discussion about challenges, goals and most pressing needs.  Once we have a clear understanding of what our sessions must accomplish, we design a leadership coaching or training agenda, custom modules and targeted exercises.  Our approach is hands-on and immediate, because experience has proven that the most meaningful way to change dynamics is by fostering action.

For training engagements, we ensure involvement while being committed to making that involvement organic via our results-driven methodology.  Our methods are varied:  discussions and lectures; individual, small group and team hands-on exercises; and frequent feedback sessions.  To verify that progress is being made on time and on target, there are management debriefs at the end of each session as well as at the end of the engagement. 

 

For leadership coaching engagements, we provide regular written reporting.  We address any areas of concern and document ongoing work and outcomes.  Areas generally covered are:  fortifying professional strengths; mitigating professional weaknesses; committing to prevention/pro-activity; and practicing self-assessment.  There is a final management debrief at the end of the engagement.
